Get a tiny, tiny first look at Hela in Thor: Ragnarok. The Flash casts a new take on a classic comic book villain. Agents of SHIELD gives a first look at SHIELD’s new director. Plus, new stills from Doctor Strange, and a new Morgan clip. Spoilers get!
Meg
Rainn Wilson has joined the film in the leading role of Jack Morris, “a tech billionaire who funds an underwater observation program” that ends up unleashing a megalodon from a trench in the ocean depths. [Deadline]
Thor: Ragnarok
Here’s a new picture from location filming in Australia, which many have taken to be the first, tiny look at Cate Blanchett’s Hela — mainly because the figure seated on the stairs looks like they’re wearing green clothing, Hela’s usual attire colour.

Kate Mara discovers Morgan’s origins in a new clip.
Doctor Strange
Marvel has released new high-res stills from the film. You can find several more at the link. [Coming Soon]
Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children
Here’s a new behind-the-scenes featurette from the set.
Supergirl
Melissa Benoist has shared a photo of herself and Lynda Carter — who, because Supergirl is a gleaming ray of hope in the long dark, is playing the President of the United States — to Instagram.
Also, apropos of nothing, here’s new set pictures of Melissa Benoist beating the heat with an icy pole.

The Flash
Ashley Rickards has been cast as the show’s version of the Top, a long time villain from the comics who could spin so fast it heightened his own intelligence. Instead of Roscoe Dillon, Rickards will play Rosalind “Rosa” Dillon, and be “the Bonnie to Mirror Master’s Clyde”. [E!]
Producer Todd Helbing promises (a little unconvincingly) that new speedster villain Savitar is not at all like Zoom or the Reverse-Flash:
Savitar is more of a psychological villain in a weird way. I think the Hindu word for Savitar means God of Speed; he’s all about speed. Everything about this guy is different. I can’t go into super detail, but he’s not like Zoom or Reverse Flash.

Agents of SHIELD
Here’s your first look at Jason O’Mara as SHIELD’s new director — but his character’s name has still yet to be revealed. O’Mara teases the name as being “manly”, which does… very little to narrow it down, really. We do know that the character has comic books roots all the way back to the 1940s, however. [TV Line]
Blindspot
And finally, here’s a new photo from the second season of the cast standing around in as awkward a manner as possible. [TV Line]
