These Massive Slip ‘N Slides Will Put Your Fun Childhood Memories To Shame

These Massive Slip ‘N Slides Will Put Your Fun Childhood Memories To Shame

Video: There is perhaps nothing more American than careening down a massive slip ‘n slide at a former Olympic park wearing a stars and stripes flag cape and a helmet.

At the Utah Olympic Park, you can do exactly that. The park is home to the Slip ‘n Soar, a group of three ski ramps — a smaller ramp and two “single ramps” — situated over a massive, 3.7 million litre pool. Does sliding down those things at a very high speed look terrifying and possibly dangerous? Of course it does. But does it also look fun as hell? You betcha!

The website also notes that “cold beverages will be available for sale”. Ah, yes. Just what I wanted coating my massive slip ‘n slide: Vomit.
