    I have a phobia of needles and just listening to Alex describe his panic attack is basically how I am whenever I have to have a needle or thinking about them. And then it got a little to much when Spandas was talking about the needle in her foot. I will get through the podcast but my stupid brain.

      Yeah. If anything, I've learned to pay attention now to the reaction I get when that crops up. Pretty scary way to discover as a grown adult, mind you :(
