Film editor Miguel Branco has gone and taken most of the films adapted from DC Comic properties, and it makes them all look pretty good together, even if they’re not part of the same cinematic universe.

There’s some real clunkers here: Green Lantern, and depending on who you talk to, Man of Steel and Watchman, but assembled as a sort of trailer for all of the offerings that DC Comics has to offer, it’s fun to watch, and it makes you think of the connected universe that could have been.

There’s some things missing – I didn’t see Swamp Man, and seeing Green Arrow, the Flash and Supergirl would have been fun to see alongside their movie counterparts.

Seeing The Dark Knight lined up with Watchman doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but it would have been interesting to see how DC could have crossed things over with one another if they didn’t move forward with the present connected universe.

At the very least, it’s a cool overview of all of the films, even if it’s a mixed bag. Maybe it is in one of the many alternate universes.
