Yes, really — here’s how to have this happen where you are. If you have Uber installed and a Samsung smartphone handy, then you might be able to score yourself a freebie — potentially including a meringue emoji poo.
You have to have a Samsung Galaxy device, for starters. Then between 11 am and 4pm on 18 February (that’s today!), open your Uber app and slide across to the Emoji views to request your emoji who will arrive bearing gifts.
You can choose from sweet (donuts), silly (something “silly, but cute”), treat (“something special”) or love (arrives with “enough love to share around” — whatever that may be).
Availability is super limited and only in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth CBDs, so nothing is guaranteed.
