Zip Through 120 Of New York City’s Subway Stops In 2 Minutes

This is pretty neat: a short film called Stations features 120 different subway stops in New York City, capturing the people and surroundings of each location.

The film was shot by Roddy Hyduk, with Chelsea Hyduk, Josh Buoy, and Meredith Finch producing. It blends some scripted scenes along with raw footage, and seeks to capture life in New York City.

“There are so many layers of information to be absorbed within the context of each individual station,” Hyduk says. “Imagining what’s happening simultaneously across the entire system sparked my initial curiosity. This required staying a while in places where millions only ever consider passing through as quickly as possible.”
