This Tiny, Discreet Flamethrower Lets You Throw Fireballs

The folks at Ellusionist are back to indulge your X-Men fantasies with a smaller, more convenient version of their wrist-worn Pyro flamethrower. It’s called the Pyro Mini and it’s even easier to hide up your sleeve.

This Tiny, Discreet Flamethrower Lets You Throw Fireballs

Barely larger than a trio of AA batteries and half the size of the original Pyro, the Pyro Mini doesn’t actually require you to occasionally swap in a new set of Duracells anymore. The new version is rechargeable via USB instead, giving you about 600 shots from its pair of flash paper-filled barrels.

Using the included wrist strap, the Pyro Mini can be easily hidden up a sleeve for an instant distraction that no one will see coming — or to just add some much needed flare to your every day routines. It also works with a wireless remote that has a range of about 9m, allowing you to stash the Pyro Mini somewhere off your person, but trigger it with a discreet hand-motion.

The smaller form factor is also accompanied by a smaller price tag. The new Pyro Mini is now available for $US147, including enough flash paper to get you started. But it will need to be refilled, depending on how many people you’re trying to impress and/or distract throughout the day.
