It’s not quite the Blue Screen of Death, but it’s still a pain in the arse. Over in the US, Technical Sergeant Cody L. Canfield from the Illinois Air National Guard’s 169th Air Support Operations Squadron has to wait while his training software reboots.
In fact, he’s waiting for the Air National Guard Advanced Joint Terminal Attack Controller Training System to reload. The software, used to replace some real-world training sessions, is predicted to save the US government $130 million by 2018. As long as it doesn’t spend too much time rebooting.
