The first in a new series from The Creators Project, the video explores how high-resolution face and body scanning has transformed the industry, and what all that glorious data can be used to create. It does occasionally get a little creepy — especially the part where one researcher is creating a virtual version of his daughter — but on the whole it’s an amazing insight into where a rapidly advancing industry is right now.
