This Is What Astronauts Snack On Between Meals

She favours snacks like fruit salads, dehydrated strawberries, dried apple slices, different kind of seeds and nuts, and power bars. The Italian astronaut demonstrates her mid morning or mid afternoon eating habits in the space station module Node 1 — also known as Unity — where the crew members usually have their meals together. And, of course, watching her snack in microgravity fun too.
