Here’s a neat series artist David Schwen made with The Daily Share: he deconstructed pizza, cheeseburgers, tacos, sandwiches and hot dogs and then placed each of their ingredient separately on lunch trays. The comfort foods look almost surgical under this sort of layout. And, well, they also look like a slightly grown up version of Lunchables.
David Schwen is an artist who runs the creative studio Dschwen. He’s worked with Coca Cola, McDonald’s, Nature Valley, Target, Uber, Warby Parker and more and has been featured in TIME, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal and others. You can see more of Dschwen’s work here and on their Instagram.
This is part of a series in which we are featuring really cool 2D or 3D illustrations and animations.
