I spent two months — this past November and January — trekking and climbing in Nepal. I journeyed there for the mountains, but the tiny country’s vibrant culture and kind people are what stole my heart.
Over the weekend, a 7.9 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal; the country’s worst natural disaster in 80 years. Dozens of historic temples and monuments have been destroyed. Hundreds of buildings have collapsed. Thousands of people have died and are injured. The damage is catastrophic.

To lend a hand, I have set up a special gallery containing photos that I took during my time in Nepal. One hundred per cent of all proceeds from sales will go to Mercy Corps, an aid organisation with a proven track record in Nepal. Mercy Corps is boots-on-the-ground, providing much-needed aid in the form of shelter, clean water, and hygiene.
