There Are More People Downloading Movies Via Telstra’s BigPond Network Than You Might Think

How do you get your movies to your TV, laptop, tablet or phone? iTunes? Foxtel? What about Telstra’s BigPond service? More people use that last one than you might thing.

Telstra reported that its customers downloaded a whopping 2.1 million titles from BigPond Movies in the first six months of 2015, up 13.4 per cent on this time last year.

The results come as the Australian Communications and Media Authority reveal the explosive growth of streaming video in Australia.
