With a second trailer under our belts we’re starting to get a better idea of how things will play out when Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theatres this summer. But if you’re hungry for more tidbits, or just want to finalise your toy budget for 2015, Yahoo has an exclusive sneak preview of what Hasbro will be officially releasing next month.
It’s no surprise that everyone is going to want a miniature version of Stark’s drool-worthy Hulkbuster Iron Man armour, and Hasbro’s version, called the Titan Hero Tech Hulkbuster Iron Man, will set you back just $US35. That’s a far cry from what Hot Toys will be asking for its own incredibly-detailed Hulkbuster figure, but you still get a light-up repulsor in Hasbro’s version, and a jackhammer punch action presumably borrowed straight from the film.
We’re also enamoured with this towering Avengers HQ playset that actually Voltrons together from four smaller sets including the Hulkbuster Breakout, Captain America Tower Defence, Iron Man Lab Attack, and the Cycle Blast Quinjet. All-in-all the playset as pictured above, complete with Hasbro’s 2.5-inch Avengers figures, will set you back just north of $US100. But you’re free to pick and choose whichever sets you end up liking best from the movie. (Sorry, Captain America.)
You can check out more of what Hasbro has in store for Avengers: Age of Ultron over on Yahoo, or wait until next month when Toyland covers Toy Fair 2015 in New York when everything else will be officially revealed. [Yahoo via Toyark]
