I was lucky enough to eat at one of Alain Ducasse’s restaurants once — Le Louis XV in the Hotel de Paris, Monte Carlo, almost two decades ago. It was an unforgettable experience. Watching this short documentary titled Naturalité makes me want to travel to Paris to dine at his re-opened restaurant at the Plaza Athénée.

Aside for the glimpse of the food porn at the end, it’s fascinating to listen to the thinking behind his cuisine, which gravitates around three main elements only: fish, vegetables and cereals.
