Tesla Is Hunting For Aussie Engineering Talent

Want to work at making the world a cleaner and more environmentally friendly place? Tesla Motors wants you. The all-electric, battery-powered car brand is holding an open house for engineers in Melbourne next week, and successful applicants could be transplanted to sunny California to help design and build amazing new vehicles.

As we move towards launch, Tesla Motors has identified the great pool of engineering talent in Australia and inviting this talent to come and help accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable transport. As you will see in the invitation below, an open house is occurring for engineers to attend and apply in the various specialties outlined. If successful, the applicants will move to California working alongside other Australian engineers who are already employed by Tesla Motors and operate out of the Fremont factory. We are very excited about offering this opportunity to Australian engineers.

You’ll find all the details below. If you’re an engineer, it looks like a great chance to get your name out in front of the local recruiting team. If you have any questions, post them in the comments below and we can pass them on!
