Google’s Cube Lets You DJ Six Videos At Once

Google’s Cube Lets You DJ Six Videos At Once

Music videos are wonderful, but you can only watch one at a time. No longer — thanks to a weird but rather fun project from Google called The Cube, which lets you play and manipulate six at once.

A product of its Creative Labs division, you can grab a cube — with mouse or finger — to reveal a different video on each of its sides. Then, you can use different tools to change how the music fits together and syncs. Some of the settings are pretty quirky, with names like “psychedelic face” and “woman on the phone in a bath”, but it’s oddly compelling and… quite fun, actually. It works in Chrome and on recent Android devices. Go try it out. [The Cube]
