Google Now Can Remember Where You Parked

Google Now is getting a new superpower; it’s going to be able to remember where you parked. Using your phone’s sensors, it will figure out when you’ve exited a moving vehicle and remember your car’s location automatically, so you don’t even have to think twice.

Of course, that means you could also get parking locations when you step off the bus, but better to have extra info than not enough. As with all Google Now cards, you have the option to turn it off anyway.

The new update also comes with a few other features, like letting you give contacts nicknames (like “my brother” or “my wife”), a new reminders interface, and the ability to control some new settings by voice. The update is currently rolling out now, but Android Police has a cryptographically signed APK you can go download right now. So hop to it and never lose your car again. [Android Police]
