24: Live Another Day To Be Fast-Tracked On Ten…Sort Of

Jack is back! 24: Live Another Day airs in the US tonight, and Channel Ten have the rights to air the show in Australia. Ten has made the decision to sort of fast-track the show to Australian audiences, but at the end of the day, we’re still dealing with a one-week delay. Here’s how it works.

Ten will put up a “movie-length” premiere episode of the new season of 24 onto its Tenplay catch-up service from 5pm tonight (AEST).

Essentially, that means you’ll be able to watch the first two episodes of 24 tonight, but that’s it.

Ten will start airing the full season of 24: Live Another Day in a week’s time, putting Australia six days behind.

Ten has said that the movie-length premiere is a test of how people consume content, and it will have a think about whether to put the rest of the season on Tenplay depending on the results.
