Man, talent is talented. Watch fantastic artist Heather Rooney draw an amazingly photorealistic picture of the famous Ellen Oscars selfie. You know the one with a billion celebrities that got retweeted a billion times. All she used was Prismacolor coloured pencils to turn a blank sheet of paper into what looks exactly like a photo.
If you look closer, some of the celebrities look better than others. For example, Bradley Cooper, Ellen, Meryl Streep and Peter Nyong’o are pretty damn spot on. Just glancing at this picture and looking at them, you’d think it was the same photo taken on Oscars night. Jennifer Lawrence and Brad Pitt aren’t as perfect but still, watching her go through the progression is impressive. Watch Rooney work below. It’s magic:
