In celebration of National Engineers Week, six teams of engineers from Lockheed Martin devised duct taping designs that they thought could hold a human being on a wall for the longest amount of time. Then they ran this crazy contest.
They had 10 minutes to tape a teammate and then sat back to see what happened next. Obviously, the engineers taped to the wall fell off. But the winning team, “Ron Made Us Do It”, managed to stay stuck for 15 minutes.
So this is what Lockheed engineers do when they’re not designing fighter jets, huh?
