If you’re trying to eat healthier, it’s a good idea to know exactly what goes into the food you consume. And while that’s not exactly the goal Bandai had in mind when it created these sushi transformers that turn into what they’re made from, it’s justification enough to collect all five.
Available from those more modern-looking gumball machines in Japan for about two bucks a pop, the collection includes tuna, ikura (salmon eggs), squid, kappa (cucumber) and tamago (egg) sushis. And while not nearly as exciting as Optimus Prime or Megatron, these transformers are equally as unsafe for kids to put in their mouths. [Akihabara News]
