It’s only 10 seconds long, but this Christmas Special teaser tells you a whole lot about what is going to be an action-packed, tear-jerking episode.
As we already know, the 2013 Doctor Who Christmas Special will be the final flight of Matt Smith in his tenure as the 1200-year old Time Lord. The way has been prepared for Peter Capaldi to take on the role of the Doctor after Smith.
This 10-second trailer shows off villains in the form of the Daleks, the Cybermen and the Silence, as well as the revelation that the Doctor will arrive on Trenzalore: the planet of his death.
The BBC has just revealed the title of the new special, along with a pretty bad-arse still.
