You woke up this morning on a Monday, filled with the dread and tiredness that weekdays always bring. Remember when you slept in super-late yesterday? What good did all that comatose-time do you anyway? What would happen if you stayed awake forever?

We all know what it’s like to go a night or two without sleep, but ASAP Science digs into what happens in the long-haul. For the most part, going totally sleepless won’t do you any permanent harm, but the results of not sleeping forever (or close to it, anyway) is lacking.
