Magical NeverWet Street Art Only Appears When It Rains

Remember NeverWet, that incredibly amazing spray-on substance that keeps things from getting wet? Turns out it’s great for making street art that stays invisible until it rains.

Atlanta-based artist Nathan Sharratt created a couple of NeverWet “drawings” earlier this year, using nothing but a couple of cans of the magical substance and some stencils. Basically, he applied NeverWet to the concrete using a stencil and then, when he poured water on top of it, the bare concrete got wet (duh) and the NeverWet-coated concrete stayed dry (duh). It’s a simple concept that looks miraculous in practice. [Home Depot via PSFK]
