Is This Nokia’s Windows RT Tablet?

We’ve heard time and time again that Nokia may be working on a tablet. No, not that rumoured ‘Bandit’ Lumia 1520 phablet. We’re taking the alleged 10.1-inch (1080p) screen tablet — possibly codenamed ‘Sirius’ – that looks like a Lumia and runs Windows RT.

WinSuperSite has posted the above new and almost official-looking image of the device. The site also reiterates previously rumoured specs, including Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, 10 hours battery life, 6.7MP camera (with Carl Zeiss optics) and, of course, Windows RT. The device may include a multi-function cover similar to the battery-enhancing ‘Power Cover’ expected with the Surface 2 on September 23.

Back in late August, sources told The Verge that Nokia will likely launch its RT tablet in New York on September 26. Pricing is believed to be around US$499. It’ll be interesting to see how the Surface 2 affects that.
