What Happened With The NBN This Week?

Malcolm Turnbull took to Google Hangouts this week to face a grilling over his NBN policy, and one of the more important revelations we got out of him was the estimated upload speed of the Coalition’s broadband network.

Turnbull has been fairly coy about revealing the upload speeds on the Coalition NBN, but this week during his Election Hangout with Fairfax, he revealed that it would be between 4Mbps and 6Mbps.

You can catch up on said-Hangout here.

Meanwhile, this one’s good if you’re off to see your family or some less tech-savvy friends this weekend: it’s a three-minute explainer on the different NBN networks. Handy!

Finally, the legends at The Hamster Decides took on the NBN Cat Fight this week, and even rolled a node box outside of Malcolm Turnbull’s Wentworth electoral office! Amazing.
