ispONE Is Suing Telstra Now Over An Alleged Billing Dispute

Remember ispONE? Kogan Mobile sued it a little while ago for allegedly banning users from the network for allegedly exceeding their allocated daily usage. Now ispONE has decided that it’s allegedly Telstra’s fault, and has decided to sue the telco for it.

ispONE filed an application in the Federal Court today, accusing Telstra of “terminating the supply of prepaid mobile services” to the company.

Telstra has allegedly terminated services it supplied to ispONE under a wholesale agreement after the wholesaler reportedly failed to pay its bills. ispONE is claiming that no amount is currently due, adding that Telstra is the one who owes the cash after an alleged failure to properly disclose data pricing rates for prepaid services.

ispONE is also seeking damages over alleged porting delays from Telstra which left some customers without service.

The case will be heard in the Federal Court of Australia at 2:15pm AEST today.

We’re currently seeking comment from Telstra.
