The “fun” tech question to ask famous people and/or grandmas in 2013 is what they think of Google Glass. This usually requires slapping Google Glass onto their face, making awkward conversation on how to control it, asking them to do what they do best and then talking about if they think it’s the future or not. They almost always say yes.
ESPN decided to put Google Glass onto St Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford and wide receiver Tavon Austin as they’re playing a little pitch and catch. It might be the yellowing grass and the lack of helmets but Bradford’s view looks shockingly plain (albeit the throwing motion is much more rocket-like). Austin’s route running view and how his hands centre inside Google Glass’ view is much more impressive. [ESPN]
