There’s no doubt about it: Pacific Rim looks awesome. It’s got giant robots, GLaDOS, cheesy dialogue and it’s a great-looking film, too. So what happens when those same giant robots come to Australia to fight over our sunburnt turf?
Pacific Rim is going local with its advertising campaign, setting up a fight over the Harbour Bridge in Sydney. Strangely, it still has cars on it at the time.
Curiously, if you look through the gap in-between the giant robot’s hand and body, you can just see the Gizmodo Australia office. Thanks for protecting what matters most, robots!
