French designer Malet Thibaut gives you everything you need to customise this bedside lamp: the frame made of five wooden pieces, base and the top, the plug and 60 rubber bands for you to configure however you like. The bands are addictive to play with, but they’re also super functional — need more or less light? Change them up in a quick second. Don’t you like how the shade/bands diffuses the light differently, depending on what pattern you’ve conceived?
Apparently, the Delta Lamp will be available for purchase sometime soon, but it’s not ready yet. In the meantime, you have plenty of time to contemplate your custom rubberband art.
