Scosche’s CoverCharge Doubles The USB Ports On Your iPad Charger

If you travel with an iPad, you really have no choice but to bring along its bulky wall wart for charging. Now, thanks to Scosche’s new CoverCharge, you can at least leave your phone’s charging cube at home to save some space.

The CoverCharge simply slides onto the iPad’s power adaptor, connecting to its standard USB port and splitting it into two for charging multiple devices from a single outlet. It’s simple to install and adds only a minimal amount of bulk. According to Pocket-lint, it will sell for about $18 when it’s finally available. [Scosche via Pocket-lint]
