We’ve all seen some amazing scenes while looking out the window on long flights. Filmmaker Tim Sessler has! And rather than popping another Ambien and dozing off on his flight from San Francisco to Salt Lake City to Philadlphia, he decided to capture some footage and go to town.
Tim created Drift with a 5D Mark III and a delightful mix of image processing — the black and white, the selective focus effect, the extreme aspect ratio. It all makes for an engrossing few minutes from above. Be sure to full-screen that bad boy for the full effect. [Vimeo]
