Microsoft Surface Pro Goes On Sale On February 9…But Not In Australia

The wait for the bigger, badder, probably a hell of a lot better Surface Pro will be over soon: it hits international retailers early next month, leaving Aussies to wait.

The Pro model will be available at Microsoft retail spots (online and offline). If you want one, the time to start pulling together that $US900 is now — and it will even come with that stylus.

There aren’t any firm details about when the Surface Pro will hit Australia, mainly because we’re not a launch market for the device this time around. What gives, Microsoft?

The only thing Australians will see come February 9 is a Surface-edition of the Wedge Touch Mouse.
