Industrial Light and Magic has been in the visual effects game since the original Star Wars. And if you need any further proof that they’re still one of the top FX shops on the planet, here’s another look at the work they did to bring the Hulk to life in The Avengers.
This time around, they focus on the fancy motion-capture suit Mark Ruffalo wore on set that allowed the wizards at ILM to translate his performances to the all-CG hulk. It’s just really too bad there’s no Oscar for ‘best performance by an out of control CG rage machine’. [YouTube]
