The gents at Tested wanted to film a water balloon exploding on someone’s face in super slow motion. Of course they did! Slow motion is the best thing. Um, but these nerds are really terrible throwing water ballons.
Either that, or these are some war machine strength balloons because they just won’t pop on impact. Luckily, it makes for some outstanding slow-motion screengrab material:
