Qantas And Other Airlines Now Compatible With Apple’s Passbook

As one of the billboard features of Apple iOS 6, Passbook has proven to be less than useful in Australia. A few months after launch, Passbook is making some progress towards ticketing utopia.

Jaunted has compiled a list of the 10 airlines that are already compatible with Passbook ticketing:

• Air Canada *new this month

• American Airlines

• ANA *domestic flights only

• Lufthansa

• Malaysian Airlines

• Porter Airlines

• Qantas *new this month

• Turkish Airlines *new this month

• United

• Virgin Australia

Jaunted also notes that Delta and British Airways will soon support Passbook as well. It’s nice to see airlines getting behind something that makes me life less of a pain. [Jaunted]
