Wondering why you couldn’t browse the internet on Optus 3G this morning? Don’t worry, it wasn’t just you.
Optus this morning confirmed to us that data on the 3G network in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory went down for about an hour after a botched software update started affecting the network.
It didn’t affect 3G voice services, only data. 2G and 4G networks were fine during the outage, Optus tells us.
