Dyson’s New Vacuum Attachment Equals No More Hairballs

Crazy cat ladies, rejoice! Dyson’s new hairball-sucking vacuum attachment should slurp all the loose strands out of your carpet without choking on a tangled mess of its own creation.

Dyson’s Tangle-free Turbine tool attachment avoids typical entanglements because it doesn’t have any brushes. Instead, a pair of counter-rotating flexible thermoplastic polyurethane heads sit in their place. Without a bar for hair to wrap around, the tool can suck up dust and debris directly into the bin, so you never ever having to go in with a pair of scissors to cut out any snarls and messes of hair and dustbunnies. The attachment is $US70 on Dyson.com and will probably retail for around $90 if it comes to Australia. Great news because dealing with giant hair/dust balls sounds like the grossest thing ever unless you want to make some kind of wig out of found materials.
