Apple’s New iCloud Adds Notes And Reminders, Improves Mail And Calendar


The new iCloud is now available for everybody, bringing brand new Notes and Reminders apps, along with updated versions of Mail, Calendar and Find My iPhone. Each app has an improved interface and a more consistent feel. Here’s what’s new.

When you sign in to iCloud, you’re shown seven icons on the home page: Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Find My iPhone, iWork, Notes and Reminders. Tapping on an icon launches the corresponding app and maximises to fill your browser. The iCloud app syncs everything you have on your iPhone or iPad. Here’s what Reminders looks like:
