This would be hilarious if it weren’t so damn scary: this reporter decided to tie herself to a lamp post 20 minutes before tropical cyclone Haikui hit Ningbo, a city on the northeast cost of the Zhejiang province in China.
The rope secured her enough to stop her from blowing away by the extreme winds, but as you can see in this video, it was only just barely. [Thanks Karl!]
