Sleep With This Cute, Colourful Humidifier And You'll Breathe Easy

I can't imagine why anyone would not sleep with a humidifier overhead. Until last winter I did not, but my life has changed since my teardrop-shaped Crane Cool Mist Humidifier ($US43) arrived. Changed for the better.

It's simple to use. No frills. All you do is turn its dial around clockwise and a jet stream of odourless steam puffs up and out, humidifying the air you breathe, so your nose doesn't get dry or your throat scratchy.

Sleeping with this humidifier at night is like sleeping in a bedroom-flavoured rainforest. Mine is orange, but the experience is no doubt just as lovely with any of its other candy-coloured models. [Amazon]

Do you sleep in an air-conditioned room? They dry the air out a lot. Maybe a humidifier close to your bed rectifies that somewhat.

Is there a chance of creating mouldy surfaces? (Check behind your wardrobes, for example.)

Yeah, I see no reason why you need to humidify your environment unless you're removing the humidify elsewhere, like air con. Does your nose and throat have problems during the day? Most people work in an air conditioned environment, maybe that is the problem.
