Samsung Teases New Galaxy Note In IFA Trailer

Samsung loves a cryptic trailer. By far the most baffling one was the countdown clock for the Galaxy SIII trailer that said exactly nothing about the device. Unlike the SIII trailer though, Samsung’s 2012 Mobile Unpacked event teaser shows us the first quick grabs of what looks like the next Galaxy Note.

Director, writer and producer Wim Wenders of Wings of Desire fame appears in the teaser trailer, talking about creativity. He’s marvelled by all the things you can do “in the blink of an eye…with such a small and light device”.

Meanwhile, below the voice-over, we’re shown a stylus being removed from a device and used to draw and pointillise an image on a pretty screen. It’s shot super-close up so we’re not able to tell what device it is, but it’s a fair bet that it’s the Galaxy Note II. We’ve seen it teased for a while.

August 29 at this year’s IFA conference in Berlin will reveal all. We’ll have all the details for you as soon as they happen. [YouTube]
