Evernote And Moleskine Team Up To Help Digitise Your Pen And Paper Scribblings

At this point, one of the last things keeping most people from composing all their notes in digital form is that they're fond of physical writing. Old habits can die hard. realising this, Evernote and Moleskine have teamed up to create Moleskine notebooks specifically designed for use with Evernote.

These new notebooks utilise a special kind of paper, allowing Evernote users to digitize their scribblings by taking a picture of them with the latest Evernote App. The data from the page will then be available, and fully searchable, in the cloud. Users can also use special stickers to instruct the app to save certain (physical) pages in different (virtual) notebooks.

It's not the first time anyone has dabbled with digitising notebooks, but Evernote and Moleskin are each giants in their respective fields, so the result could stand to be pretty impressive. If you're interested, you can pre-order the books now. Small notebooks go for $US24.95, large ones for $US29.95. [TechCrunch]
