Though it might look like the original iPhone, this could possibly be the Nexus Tablet that Google has been working on. Phone Arena received these pictures and believe that the images are leaked shots of Google’s upcoming tablet made by Acer.
It’s possible, of course, the Google and Acer lovechild tablet has long been rumoured, and we know that Google has been rumoured to be working on the Nexus Tablet for Google I/O. But we have to take these pictures of the 7-incher with a 100,000,000 million search engine results-sized boulder of salt.
Phone Arena’s source also says the Nexus Tablet is powered with a quad-core Tegra 3 processor and will be running Android 4.1. If these pictures are the real design of the Nexus Tablet, it looks strikingly like the original iPhone (only flipped upside down). The front also has an odd earpiece-looking receiver (though maybe it’s a speaker?) which makes this 7-inch tablet look more like a giganto phone than a tablet. [Phone Arena]
