YouTube does pretty well for itself. So well, in fact, that between us we upload 72 hours of video to the site every minute — a number which has gone up by 50 per cent in the last year.
That’s a whole year’s uninterrupted viewing posted ever two hours or — assuming you reach the age of 80 — a lifetime’s viewing uploaded in under a week. However you look at it, that’s a lot of videos of pets playing with iPads. [Google Blog via GigaOm]
