The Skeletal Hensen Chair Proves Minimal Design Can Also Be Fun

Fresh out of the 2012 Milan Furniture Show comes this gorgeous chair from upstart Dutch designers Kranen/Gille.

The lovely sky blue seat is made out of steel and was designed for New Duivendrect, which appeared in the annual exhibition for the first time. The stunning, minimalist piece of furniture was a part of New Duivendrect’s inaugural collection. It’s not on sale yet, but if you’re interested in buying it, you can send an email to info@newduivendrecht.com. The only downside to this comely place to rest your bum? It looks terribly uncomfortable. [Wallpaper]
