A model railroad enthusiast — and obvious Disneyland fan — known as STNautilus has recreated the park’s now long gone Mine Train Thru Nature’s Wonderland ride as an On30-scale miniature version.
You’d assume that its creator spent many a childhood trips to Disneyland enjoying the ride, but it turns out they were born well after it was officially closed in 1977 to make room for a more exciting attraction. But like all of Disneyland rides, the Mine Train Thru Nature’s Wonderland was chock full of animated figures and unique landscapes which have all been recreated here in painstaking detail.
