Like people, most apps are really dumb, but we like them anyway. And that’s OK because everything need not be smart all the time. Here’s a welcome dose of loveable dumb fun for Windows Phone.
What does it do?
Sketch Camera slaps Take On Me-esque sketch filters on your photos. And that’s pretty much it! It’s silly, but fun and it will absolutely amuse your little niece or very drunk adults.
Why do we like it?
This is sort of what Windows Phone needs more of. Yes, Instagram would be great. So would Instapaper. But random dumb stuff that is actually good and works and is creative is sort of the whole basis of a good app ecosystem. Also, sketch photo filters make you look less fat.
