Scooter’s TED Talk Pits Felt Against Formulas

Speaking at a recent TED conference, the Muppets’ Scooter gave an impassioned speech regarding whether tactile icons can survive in an integer-driven environment. Or, in simpler terms: Felt or formulas?

Scooter’s talk was technically labelled “Can Tactile Icons Survive in an Integer-Driven Environment?” — you’ve got to be relatively serious in a TED talk, after all — but Scooter’s arguments in favour of felt over fractions certainly has me convinced.

As an added bonus, this gives me just enough context to post this up as well. It’s not new, but heck, this is a Muppets post. It’s at least within context.
